World Equestrian Center – Ocala is hosting a wide range of events this week including the Show Stoppers Car Auction, 2022 Spectrum Paso Fino Horse Show, Ocala Home Show and the final week of the 2022 Winter Spectacular Show Series.
The Show Stoppers Car Auction will be held from 11am-6pm on March 25-26 in Expo 2. Show Stoppers Collector Car Auction is a group of automotive enthusiasts dedicated to putting you behind the wheel of your dream iconic car. With a variety of cars to keep everyone excited and the thrill of the auction, this is the event you’ve been waiting for. General Admission: $35 for both days; $25 for one day.
The 2022 Spectrum International Paso Fino Horse Show will be held in Arena 5 form March 23-27.
The Ocala Home Show will take place on March 26-27 in Expo 1 featuring everything for in and around your home. Offerings include exterior treatments like windows and doors, kitchen and bath, pools and spas, furniture and interior design, landscaping and sustainable energy alternatives. Cooking seminars with professional chefs will be offered throughout the weekend. This event is open to the public and admission is free. Click HERE for additional information about the event.
The final week of the 2022 Winter Spectacular Show Series will feature thrilling competition including the $200,000 MARS Equestrian Grand Prix on Saturday, March 26 at 7:30pm. Week XII will also showcase THREE $75,000 Hunter Derbies. The $75,000 WEC Ocala 3’ Open Hunter Derby will kick off at 8am in the WEC Stadium on Friday, March 25. The $75,000 WEC Ocala Jr/Am Hunter Derby will follow, then World Equestrian Center – Ocala will host the first ever Hunter’s Groom Class. The final derby of the day will be the $75,000 WEC Ocala 3’6”-3’9” Hunter Derby with a start time of 6:30pm.
Other featured classes include Thursday’s $20,000 C. Jarvis Insurance Welcome Prix, Saturday afternoon’s $10,000 Buckeye Nutrition Futures Prix and two additional jumper classics.

World Equestrian Center – Ocala is excited to announce that entries are NOW OPEN for the Winter Spectacular 2022 Show Series featuring National Snaffle Bit Association (NSBA) sanctioned hunter/jumper competition. The 12-week show series will begin January 5, 2022 and offer all levels of competition. Highlights include feature classes such as the popular weekly Saturday night Grand Prix in the Grand Arena, Friday Hunter Derby day in the WEC Stadium and the prestigious Premier Equitation Cup Championship.
