WILMINGTON, Ohio — November 4, 2017 — Entries are now open for the World Equestrian Center ‘Winter Series of the Midwest” featuring 16 weeks of USEF AA rated horse shows held in America’s largest climate controlled indoor equestrian sport facility. The WEC Winter in the Midwest Series prize list is available online at http://www.WEC.net and entries are now open at www.horseshowing.com. Stalls can be reserved on the official stall reservation form and submitted via email to Caroline Smith at StallReservations@wec.net.
The World Equestrian Center features 200,000 sq. ft. of riding space with premium footing, permanent stabling and charming onsite accommodations. At the World Equestrian Center exhibitors enjoy a different kind of indoors – bright, clean, fun, family friendly and customer service-focused.
Weekly jumper highlights include a $7,500 Futures Prix, for horses and riders that aspire to the Grand Prix ranks, a $5,000 WEC Welcome Stake and the $25,000 WEC Grand Prix. Hunter highlights include a weekly $2,500 USHJA National 3’ Hunter Derby, as well as a new Thoroughbred Hunter /USEF and Take2 Rated 3’ division with year-end awards.
The popular Cadets Horsemanship Program continues with a weekly educational clinic that meets each Saturday upstairs in the Sanctuary at 7:30 a.m. Interested juniors must enter online using class 2000 on www.horseshowing.com.
All WEC exhibitors are encouraged to register themselves and their horses for WEC POINTS which make them eligible for circuit and year-end awards. Register for FREE on www.WEC.net. Exhibitors can also track their points online at the site.

HORSE SHOW INFORMATION
ENTRIES
The entry closing date for mailed entries is received 7 days before the first day of the show, or the Monday before the show for online entries submitted at www.HorseShowing.com.
Entries must be received by this date to be considered on time. Entries completed ONLINE at www.HorseShowing.com will not be charged a late fee until after 5pm the Tuesday before the show. Late fee is $25 after the closing date and $50 if received after 5pm the night before the show starts.

STABLING
Stalls for showing horses will be $75 IF prepaid by 14 days prior to the first day of the competition, $125 if not prepaid. Stalls must be reserved on the official stall reservation form and submitted to Stabling Manager Caroline Smith at StallReservations@wect.net.
Stalls can be paid by credit card on HorseShowing.com at no additional fee, however you will need to have a free account. Use the STALL RESERVATIONS menu to prepay for stalls. This feature will be turned off on the stall closing date. Whether paid or not, no stalls will be reserved unless the official stall reservation form has been submitted and accepted by Caroline Smith. An open check is not considered prepayment. Any stall not occupied by a showing horse will be billed at $250. A showing horse will be defined as a horse competing over fences in at least one class and competing in a minimum of 3 classes per show. Stalls are not refundable for any reason after the stall closing date.
Stabling: Most stalls are permanent wood construction, 10×12 with doors; some may be 10×10 with doors. Please note that in the event stalls are sold out, preference will be given to those exhibitors showing multiple weeks.
Feed and Bedding: Must be ordered on your Stall report or by emailing stallreservations@robertsarena.com prior to arrival. Forms are available in the office to order feed and bedding during the competition.
