It’s a fact – we love kids. Here at the World Equestrian Center, we’ve created the perfect environment for kids of all ages to enjoy a horse show experience filled with fun and camaraderie.
At WEC kids have a safe place to experience the joy of riding, establish the close friendships that are created over a shared passion for horses and learn the valuable life lessons that competing can instill.
Our new Junior Riders Lounge gives kids their own space to meet up with friends and hang out between classes or to relax after a long day in the saddle.
Our family-friendly after-hours activities include pizza parties, sporting events, games, dog races, costume contests, concerts and ride & drive events.
Hosted by WEC, the Cadets Horsemanship program is a unique opportunity for young riders competing in the junior divisions to learn horsemanship skills and earn points that will subsidize the cost of competing at WEC.
The Cadets Horsemanship program places an emphasis on education, horsemanship and community service by encouraging young riders to engage in activities hosted and/or approved by WEC such as horsemanship clinics and contests, essay writing, art and photography. Each clinic earns points redeemable toward the costs of showing at WEC. To learn more about the Cadets program, find us on Facebook or email cadets@robertsarena.com.
