WEC Vaulting Premiere
World Equestrian Center — Ocala (WEC) is thrilled to announce the WEC Vaulting Premiere, the venue’s first-ever Vaulting competition, taking place November 28–30, 2025, in the iconic WEC Stadium. Entries are now open, and the official prize list is available. All entries must be submitted by October 20, 2025.
The WEC Vaulting Premiere kicks off on Friday, November 28 with international divisions including FEI CVI3* World Cup™ Qualifier, CVI2*, and CVI1*. The competition continues through the weekend with USEF/EVUSA-sanctioned classes, including EVUSA Level 1 recognized competition on November 29–30.
A full competition schedule for spectators will be released closer to the event.
Health Papers
To expedite check-in, please email health papers to MacKenzie Waro at mlw555@gmail.com prior to arrival. Be sure to include the horse’s show name and the trainer’s name in the message. Health papers must be submitted by email or presented at the Show Office at the WEC Stadium before unloading horses from the trailer in order to receive a back number.
- A 30-day statement of health, certificate of veterinary inspection or a health certificate, is required for all horses arriving from outside the state of Florida
- Negative Coggins within 1 year
- Trainer/Owner Health Declaration – Signed by an owner/trainer confirming that the horse has not experienced a fever exceeding 101.5 degrees or any disease in the 72 hours leading up to its arrival. Additionally, the horse must not have been exposed to or treated for an unexplained fever in the past 28 days and should have tested negative for any disease at least 30 days prior to arrival. If the horse has tested positive within the last six months for any infectious diseases, this information should also be disclosed. See form.
- Vaccine records of Flu/Rhino within the span of 6 months.
