The 2022 Ocala Winter Spectacular Show Series has another exciting week of equestrian sport ahead. In anticipation of below normal temperatures, the $75,000 Coors Light Grand Prix on Saturday, January 29 will begin at 2pm. The VIP Viewing & Dining Experience will begin seating on the terrace of The Equestrian Hotel at 1:30pm. The week also includes Thursday’s $20,000 C. Jarvis Insurance Welcome Prix, Hunter Derby Friday in Hunter 1, Saturday’s $10,000 Buckeye Nutrition Futures Prix and much more.
Week IV also features a Coors Light activation in the Grand Plaza on Saturday, January 29 at 1pm. There will be samples and giveaways!
The hunter derbies will kick off on Friday in Hunter 1 with the $15,000 3’ Open Hunter Derby at 8am. The 3’ Jr/Am Hunter Derby will follow then the $20,000 WEC Ocala 3’6”-3’9” Hunter Derby.

Passport to South America | Stirrups Wine Series
We are excited to announce Passport to South America, the first event in our new Stirrups Wine Series. Purchase online by clicking HERE. Join us on January 26 from 5:30pm-8pm for an exciting social evening celebrating South American cuisine and wine on the terrace outside of Stirrups Restaurant in The Equestrian Hotel. Sample a swath of traditional foods and taste world-class vino sourced from a variety of South American countries rich in wine and culture. Tickets are $99 and include small plates and wine tastings.

World Equestrian Center – Ocala is excited to announce that entries are NOW OPEN for the Winter Spectacular 2022 Show Series featuring National Snaffle Bit Association (NSBA) sanctioned hunter/jumper competition. The 12-week show series will begin January 5, 2022 and offer all levels of competition. Highlights include feature classes such as the popular weekly Saturday night Grand Prix in the Grand Arena, Friday Hunter Derby day in the WEC Stadium and the prestigious Premier Equitation Cup Championship.
